用 途：適用長(zhǎng)度400mm以內(nèi)一般軸心車削加工及細(xì)長(zhǎng)型車削加工。
Working Usage: Applicable for the length less than 400mm ordinary turning process, and slender workpiece turning process.
結(jié) 構(gòu)：軸承徑向力和軸向力分開(kāi)設(shè)計(jì)，採(cǎi)用雙列滾珠精密軸承、止推軸承、滾針軸承排列製成。
Structure The radial load and axial load designed separately. Adopted double row ball precision bear and thrust bearing and needle bearing.
精準(zhǔn)度：0.002以內(nèi)
TIR Less than 0.002mm
檢測(cè)頂尖的尖部跳動(dòng)精度時(shí)，必須在頂尖頂緊工件的狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行打表。
Inspecting the run out accuracy of the center tip must be under the status of holding the workbar tightly.
另有同規(guī)格輕負(fù)荷（S型，無(wú)螺帽），可改善細(xì)長(zhǎng)工件易變形問(wèn)題
There is S model of light duty type, same spec, which can improve the issue of deformation of processing slender workpiece
